Daily Practice

Making time for daily movement and flow practice…

Almost every day, I wake up before the girls, at 5:30am, and do a one hour workout, followed by a 30 minute meditation. 

If we want the life we desire, the choice is ours, BUT, having daily discipline, is a MUST! 

Sometimes I do weights, combined with yoga, and ab work, and if I don’t find time in the morning, I always make if a point to make the time at some point in the day. (As you can see in the photo lol 😂)

As moms, life gets busy, and if we don’t make the time for ourselves, to do the things that lift us up, and make us feel good, then we are left depleted, and are no good to anyone.

Discipline is EVERYTHING!

I’m always getting asked how I have so much energy, stay present and high vibe… 

It’s not easy, but if we create daily discipline in our lives, making sure, to put first the things that support us in staying connected, to ourselves, then we are able to be the best version of ourselves for our family!

SO… How can you be more disciplined in your life, and do the things that fulfill you vs. Drain your energy?!
